Phil Wyatt - President & CEO

 

As President & CEO of troo, Phil provides overall leadership and direction for the Company, with a strong focus on product development. Phil previously co-founded Northwood Technologies as Vice-President, Technology and CTO. In addition to providing the product vision, he guided the activities of a growing team of research scientists, software developers and engineers from 1991 until the acquisition of Northwood by Marconi in 2001. At Marconi, Phil took on the role of VP Technology for the Wireless Network Planning Business Unit. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Carleton University and a Master of Science degree from the University of Colorado.

 

Larry Woods - Chief Financial Officer

 

Larry manages the financial operations of troo. He has 25 years of business management, information technology and strategic planning experience with global communications companies. He built his career with Mitel Corporation and Newbridge Networks Corporation, where he held senior roles in product management, product marketing, project management and information systems. As Chief Operating Officer at Northwood Technologies, he was instrumental in the sale of Northwood to Marconi for $42 Million cash in 2001. As an Executive Vice President at Marconi, he led the successful integration of Northwood into Marconi, and managed a $65 Million global strategic business unit with up to 220 employees. A registered Professional Engineer of Ontario, Mr. Woods has an MBA from Harvard Business School and an Engineering Physics degree from Queen's University.

 

Patrick Fitzgerald - Vice President, Sales

 

Pat leads troo's sales activities, including direct sales to end user customers, and sales through distributors, resellers and systems integrators. Pat has 17 years experience in worldwide sales and sales management, with a demonstrated track record of success in both large corporate organizations and in small start-up sales teams. In the role of VP, Global Sales for the Marconi Wireless Network Planning unit, Pat led the integration, development, and management of a global sales team of 30. Between 1994 and 2001 at Northwood Technologies, Pat established and built the company's global reseller and distribution channels and built a strong team of experienced direct sales professionals. Pat holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Bishops University.
